Welcome to Unity Barn.  We are a wholistic support center located in Bucks County Pennsylvania, providing relationship healing and personal development through Counseling, Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation and Alternative approaches to personal transformation.  We support a non medical model for individuals seeking more wholistic alternatives to their self growth and healing needs.

Classes are self-contained.  Drop in at any time.  Every Thursday Evening.

General Program: Buddhist Meditation Classes

Learn how to cope with the busyness of modern life by engaging in Buddhist meditation. Create an inner space of tranquility free from the turbulence of everyday demands but without abandoning your ordinary life.

Meditation helps you:

  • Increase positive states of mind
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Experience greater contentment and well-being
  • Improve concentration
  • Develop better relationships
  • Maintain greater physical health
  • Find and fulfill the meaning of this life
  • Attain enlightenment

Wonderful and Insightful Meditation Classes are taught by Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Wangden. Everyone is welcome and all classes are self-contained, so you can drop in any week. Classes are suitable for both beginners & experienced meditators. Suggested donations are $12 per class and go to the local Menlha Buddhist Center in Lambertville, NJ and Temples for World Peace Fund. 

Each class contains a lesson on meditation instruction and techniques; a Dharma Teaching; a second Contemplative Meditation on the Teaching, as well as ample time for questions and answers.  The Time is Now, Transform Your Life.

Classes Meeting:  Thursday evenings, 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm.  Classes are every Thursday evening year round with the exception of Holidays, Retreats and Weather events (Any class cancellations will be posted on this Web Page in advance).

Cost: $12 per class (No one is turned away for lack of funds).

No Prior Experience is necessary.  Everyone is welcome to attend any class.
