Buddhist Meditation Classes
Learn how to cope with the busyness of modern life by engaging in Buddhist Meditation. Create an inner space of tranquility free from the turbulence of everyday demands but without abandoning your ordinary life.

Wonderful and Insightful Meditation Classes. Everyone is welcome and all classes are self-contained, so you can drop in any week. Classes are suitable for both beginners & experienced meditators. Cost is $12.00 per class.
Each class contains a lesson on meditation instruction and techniques; a Dharma Teaching; a second Contemplative Meditation on the Teaching, as well as ample time for questions and answers.
No Prior Experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome to attend any class.
