You don’t have to carry this alone.
If you’ve found your way here, something in your life may feel heavy right now. Perhaps it’s a loss you’re still grieving, a relationship that left you hurting, or a quiet sense that you’ve lost touch with yourself. Whatever brought you here, you are welcome just as you are.
Reaching out takes courage, and it’s natural to feel unsure. My hope is to offer you a calm, caring space where you can slow down, be heard without judgment, and begin to find your way back to yourself.
For over 35 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life’s most tender moments. I’ve also been a client myself, so I know from the inside how vulnerable and how healing this work can be.
Understanding what keeps us stuck
It is my belief that states of confusion, depression, anxiety, upset, and dissatisfaction with life and our relationships often grow out of inner conflicts. These conflicts can leave us with a sense that things just aren’t working out, sometimes without really knowing why. Sorting through your emotional process with an experienced therapist can help you cultivate your own inner resources and open doors to healing that may not have been available before. I invite you to cultivate a life full of possibility, satisfaction, and connection.
How I work
My practice is transpersonal in nature. I see each person as whole: mind, heart, body, and spirit. I draw on mindfulness-based spiritual traditions of the world, including Buddhist psychology, and offer an eclectic array of healing paths from many transformational lineages, integrated with contemporary psychology and evidence based therapies.
My work also honors the role of the nervous system and trauma, and the ways life’s upsets are held within the body’s sensory and emotional experience. Together, we can gently explore how these patterns and habits keep us stuck in limiting beliefs and physical states, and move at a pace that feels right for you so healing can unfold naturally.
What we might explore together
Moving through depression, anxiety, grief, and loss
Healing from co-dependence, relationship wounds, narcissistic abuse, and family enmeshment
Finding your footing during divorce, life transitions, and hard decisions
Clearing old relationship and personal patterns, and moving through the habits and emotional blocks that hold you back from your full potential
Gently releasing old patterns, limiting beliefs, and self-doubt
Easing stress and making more room for peace, clarity, and joy
Reconnecting with your sense of identity, purpose, and self-compassion
For those on a spiritual path
Sometimes our struggles are also invitations to grow spiritually. True Spirituality is developing introspective knowledge wisdom to navigate peacefully and compassionately all of the content that life will present to us. This includes joys as well as the many sufferings. I offer a supportive space for those experiencing awakening, spiritual crisis, or deep questions of meaning. Together we can:
Explore wisdom psychology principles and Buddhist understandings of the mind
Deepen your inner peace through understanding the nature of your mind and the roots of personal suffering
Work through obstacles on your spiritual path and integrate skills that support your awakening process
Integrate wisdom to deepen your spiritual path and your capacity to experience and understand love
