“I specialize in assisting individuals with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and navigating significant life changes. I aim to create a safe and inclusive space where we can collaboratively explore the challenges you’re facing. I have a specific interest in helping people learn skills to cope with anxiety and improve their relationships with themselves and others.
I particularly enjoy working with children, teens and young adults and helping them navigate the hurdles of adolescence and young adulthood.
I also work with adults of all ages and use an integrative approach that incorporates cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness techniques. My clinical work and education has allowed me to guide others through effective and timely transformation to achieve their goals in treatment.
I am passionate about incorporating holistic elements into therapy to help my clients gain personal and relational insight, while also applying self compassion in the process. My theoretical orientation includes existential therapy and other humanistic approaches.”
I have always had a passion for exploring the human condition and learning to live authentically.
I believe that a strong relationship between patient and therapist is the foundational ingredient to a successful therapy. Together, we will explore your unique identity, experiences, and inner life, allowing you to better understand yourself and your relationships.
