Welcome to the Unity Barn, a holistic support center in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We offer a safe and nurturing environment for personal development and healing through Counseling, Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Meditation, and other Alternative approaches to personal transformation. Our integrated approach is designed for individuals seeking holistic alternatives for their self-growth and healing needs.

Regular Thursday Evening Meditation and Mindfulness Classes:

This class will introduce the basic principles of meditation with focus on mindfulness of breath, body, and thoughts. Our program is modern, upbeat, and relevant while also remaining deeply rooted in an experiential meditation tradition. Our knowledgeable teachers will guide you through deep experiences based on Buddhist teachings, personal philosophies, and scientific research. Our classes are designed so that, regardless of your level, you will feel comfortable and supported.  

Each weekly class includes two guided meditations, and practical teachings on how to apply and maintain the experience of inner peace in your daily life. Participants will learn mindful practices that can help you develop greater mind-body awareness, reduce stress, become less reactive to difficult experiences and touch the deep spiritual realm within us all. Classes will be taught by Unity Barn staff, Christopher Pittelli and Jonathan Labman.

No Prior Experience is necessary.  Everyone is welcome!

Advanced registration is not required but seating is limited

Cost is $12.00 per class and can be purchased at the door, or online as an individual class, or a six class package here.

This group is facilitated by Christopher Pittelli, MA, LPC, NCC.  Fee is $40 per class meeting (this includes materials and a meditation CD).  As this new groups are being developed, this will likely be a quarterly weekend day class on a Saturday or Sunday, running about 2.5 or 3 hours in length.  We are looking to schedule for this upcoming Winter 2015.  Please let us know your interest

The Mindfulness, Meditation and Neurobiolgy Class is a closed group (not a "walk in" group), meaning, you have to register to be a participant. When we announce the date of the upcoming group and format, you will be personally contacted to be sure you are a good fit. Once the group has started, no new participants will be allowed until the next group session.
