MEDITATION RETREAT

Join Jonathan Labman on Saturday January 4th, for a Meditation Retreat at the Unity Barn in Doylestown.

This is a great way to deepen your practice for the New Year! We will have four, 40-minute meditations, with 20-minute breaks in between. This is a rare opportunity to participate with a group for longer meditations; expand your practice significantly, promote emotional health, and enhance your self-awareness.

The cost for this event is $40.00 per person.

Please arrive by 9:15am.

Wear comfortable clothing and layers. You may bring your own backjack, meditation cushion or blankets for your comfort. Chairs will available, as well as some meditation cushions.
