Too much anxiety in your day to day activities? Feeling out of balance?
Learn practical strategies from the healing system of Yoga Therapy. Begin to bring yourself back into balance and put Healing In Your Own Hands. During this two hour workshop, Lisa Tice will teach specific asanas (postures), a breath practice, mindfulness meditation and yoga nidra designed to reduce anxiety. You’ll receive informational literature and take home practices learned in class. Please bring your own mat, as well as a blanket or back jack. Blocks will be provided.
