UNITY BARN - Studio Rental
When our studio is not in use, we’d love to share our beautiful space with like minded folks who would like to use it for a class, event, meeting, or workshop.
Studio Details
650 square feet of newly renovated space complete with radiant heated wood floors
16 ft high ceilings with natural light
Entry room with benches for shoe removal, space for shoes and hooks for jackets
Sound System with receiver for auxiliary input or Bluetooth for mp3 player, phone, tablet etc.
WiFi
Central heat and air conditioning
Yoga mats, straps, blocks, meditation cushions
Bathroom
Free parking
No shoes or food is permitted in the studio
Rental Rates
Workshops, Ongoing Classes or Private Sessions (includes 15 minutes before and after your scheduled session for set up and breakdown)
• 1 hour : $50
• 2 hours: $85
• Full Day (6 hrs ): $250
Availability
We rent our studio when we do not have classes scheduled. Reservations are accepted for dates up to 6 months in advance. A deposit of 50% is required to reserve the studio, with the balance due before the event begins. Half of the deposit will be refunded if the event is cancelled at least two weeks before the scheduled start date. After that date, the deposit is non-refundable. We will also add your event to the Unity Barn upcoming events web page. Please note, we do not rent out the space for late night events.

Please note that you must have the appropriate certification and/or license for the modality that you wish to offer, carry liability insurance, and list the Unity Barn as additional insured (if necessary).
