The Unity Barn invites you to join us for Unity Yoga
Monday and Thursday mornings from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM
No Prior Experience Necessary.
Unity Yoga will be taught by Megan Downs, Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance with over 10 years teaching experience.
Megan's alignment-based Hatha yoga classes guide students through postures at their pace, with a focus on optimal alignment for each individual, emphasizing the therapeutic aspects of yoga. Students are led step by step into poses that help build strength and power, flexibility and opening, and an overall increased awareness of mind and body. Yoga meets you where you are, and from there the possibilities are endless! The willingness to try is all that's needed to begin a practice.

Classes are $15 ~ Drop-ins Welcome
Weekly Class starts at 9:15 AM Monday and Thursday mornings. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat, get grounded and prepare your body & mind for the journey ahead.
